自发性高血压大鼠外周血淋巴细胞KCa3.1通道表达的变化 被引量:3

摘要 目的:通过研究自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)外周血淋巴细胞钙激活钾通道KCa3.1表达的变化,为高血压病淋巴细胞激活提供证据。方法:使用密度离心法分离SHR和Wistar大鼠外周血淋巴细胞,运用实时荧光定量PCR和Western blot技术检测SHR和Wistar大鼠淋巴细胞KCa3.1基因和蛋白的表达。结果:(1)SHR组KCa3.1 mRNA表达水平高于对照组(P<0.05);(2)SHR组KCa3.1蛋白表达水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:SHR淋巴细胞KCa3.1表达增多,提示KCa通道在调节高血压病淋巴细胞激活中起着重要的作用。
