摘要 [目的]对不同地区罗布红麻和罗布白麻的过氧化物同工酶进行分析。[方法]采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法进行分析,并应用相似系数方法对其亲缘关系进行研究。[结果]不同地区的罗布红麻和罗布白麻的过氧化物酶酶谱分为A、B、C3个区域,其中,活性最强的是A、C区,所有供试样品显现出3种酶谱谱型,10种酶谱谱带,并且在酶谱特征、种间(内)相似程度上均有明显差异,说明种间(内)遗传差异较大。宁夏地区的罗布白麻与其他3个地区的罗布红麻亲缘关系最远,新疆地区的罗布红麻与内蒙古、宁夏地区的罗布红麻的亲缘关系很亲近,但与宁夏地区的罗布白麻无亲缘关系,内蒙古、宁夏地区的罗布红麻与宁夏地区的罗布白麻亲缘关系比较亲近。[结论]该研究可为进一步研究罗布麻的亲缘关系奠定基础。 [Objective] The research aimed to analyze the peroxide isoenzymes of Apocynum venetum L.and Poacynum hendersonii(Hook.f.)Woodson from different areas.[Method] The zymotypes of peroxide isoenzymes from the leaves of 4 varieties of Apocynum venetum L.and Poacynum hendersonii(Hook.f.)Woodson were analyzed though polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.Their genetic relationships were researched through the method of similar coefficient ana1ysis.[Result] The results showed that the zymotypes of peroxidase from 4 varietes of Apocynum venetum L.and Poacynum hendersonii(Hook.f.)Woodson were approximately divided into 3 regions of A,B and C,in which the regions of C and A were the most active.All of the varietes for test showed 3 spectral patterns and 10 spectral bands of zymotypes.The zymotype features and interspecific similar levels had significant differences,which illustrated that there were great differences in the interspecific inheritance.The variety of Poacynum hendersonii(Hook.f.)Woodson from Ningxia had the farthest genetic relationship with the other 3 varieties of Apocynum venetum L.from Ningxia,Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia.The variety of Apocynum venetum(Hook.f.)Woodson from Xinjiang had close genetic relationship with varieties of Apocynum venetum L.from Ningxia and Inner Mongolia,and no simi1arity with variety of Poacynum hendersonii(Hook.f.)Woodson from Ningxia.The variety of Apocynum venetum L.from Ningxia and Inner Mongolia had close genetic relationships with variety of Poacynum hendersonii(Hook.f.)Woodson from Ningxia.[Conclusion] The study can lay foundation for deeply studying the relationship among Apocynum venetum Linn.
