摘要
[目的]为微生物菌剂的产品开发和应用提供理论依据。[方法]将产酸克雷伯氏菌Rs-5与枯草芽孢杆菌组合BCL-8按不同比例复配,研究不同复配组合对棉花的解盐促生作用及其对立枯丝核菌的抑菌效果。[结果]产酸克雷伯氏菌Rs-5与枯草芽孢杆菌组合BCL-8按1∶(1~2)复配时,对立枯丝核菌具有很好的抑菌效应;两者按1∶(1~2)复配浸种的棉花种子的发芽率为86.67%(是对照组的1.49倍),盆栽试验中棉花种子的发芽率和成苗率分别达到60.00%和50.00%,分别是对照组的1.50和1.67倍。[结论]产酸克雷伯氏菌Rs-5与枯草芽孢杆菌组合BCL-8按适当比例复配对盐胁迫条件下的棉花具有显著的促生作用。
[Objective] The aim was to provide theoretical basis for the product development and application of microbial agents.[Method] The acid-producer Klebsiella oxytoca Rs-5 and Bacillus subtilis combination BCL-8 were compounded according to different proportions,and the salt-stress relieving and growth-promoting actions of different compound combinations on cotton and their inhibitory effects on Rhizoctonia solani were studied.[Result] When Rs-5 and BCL-8 were compounded according to the proportion of 1∶(1-2),the compound combination had very good inhibitory effect on R.solani;the germination rate of cotton seeds soaked in the above compound solution was 86.67%,being 1.49 times of that of control group.The germination rate and seedling rate of the soaked cotton seeds reached 60.00% and 50.00% resp.in pot experiment,being 1.50 and 1.67 times of that of control group resp.[Conclusion] The compound combination of Rs-5 and BCL-8 according to suitable proportion had significant growth-promoting action on the cotton under salt-stress condition.
