摘要
以农田土为对照,以草炭、农田土、沙子等为原料配制10种基质组合,研究不同基质组合的持水能力及其对盆栽一串红生长情况和节水抗旱能力的影响。结果表明,各种基质的持水量均随着草炭和保水剂量的增加而增加,随着沙子量的增加而减少;T9(农田土∶草炭=2∶1,保水剂0.10g/盆)、T10(农田土∶草炭=2∶1,保水剂0.15g/盆)、T7(农田土∶草炭=1∶1,保水剂0.15g/盆)基质中一串红的暂时性萎蔫时间分别比对照延长3、2、1d;一串红生长综合指数最高的处理依次为T9、T10、T7。
With farmland soil as CK,10 medium combinations were formulated with grass peat,farmland soil and sand as raw materials to study the water holding capacities of different medium combinations and their effects on the growth condition and water-saving and drought-resistant capacity of potted Salvia splendens.The results indicated that the water holding capacities of various medium were increased along with the increase of dosages of grass peat and water retention agent and decreased along with the increase of dosage of sand.Compared with CK,the temporary withering time of S.splendens in the medium of T9(farmland soil∶grass peat=2∶1,water retention agent 0.10 g/pot),T10(farmland soil∶grass peat=2∶1,water retention agent 0.15 g/pot)and T7(farmland soil∶grass peat=1∶1,water retention agent 0.15 g/pot)were extended for 3,2 and 1 d resp.The treatments of S.splendens with highest integrated growth index were T9,T10 and T7 in order.
