伴生植物青蒿及龙须草对紫茎泽兰化感效应的研究 被引量:11

摘要 [目的]研究伴生本土草本植物青蒿(Artemisia carvifolia)和龙须草(Eulaliopsis binata)对紫茎泽兰(Eupatorium adenophorum Spren-gel)的化感效应。[方法]运用室内生物测定法,以紫茎泽兰种子为受体,测试了青蒿和龙须草叶片的水浸提液对紫茎泽兰种子萌发及幼苗生长的化感效应。[结果]青蒿和龙须草水浸提液浓度为0.050、0.010和0.005g(FW)/ml时,对紫茎泽兰的种子萌发及其根长均产生抑制作用,且抑制作用随着浸提液浓度的增加而增强;水浸提液浓度为0.010、0.005g(FW)/ml时,则对苗长具有促进作用。从综合化感效应指数(SEI)来看,浓度为0.050、0.010、0.005g(FW)/ml时,青蒿浸提液对紫茎泽兰的SEI值分别为-0.81、-0.25、-0.22,龙须草浸提液对紫茎泽兰的SEI值分别为-0.36、-0.20、-0.15,均表现出化感抑制作用。[结论]青蒿和龙须草的化感抑制作用有利于其在紫茎泽兰入侵群落中伴生生存,同时,对紫茎泽兰幼苗种群的建立及其入侵扩散也产生了一定阻碍作用。 [Objective] The allelopathy effects of associated herbs Artemisia annual and Eulaliopsis binata on Eupatorium adenophorum Sprengel were studied.[Method] The allelopathy effects of aqueous extracts from the leaves of Artemisia annual and Eulaliopsis binata on seed germination and seedling growth of Eupatorium adenophorum Sprengel had been studied by laboratory bioassay.[Result] The results showed that both seed germination ratio and root length of Eupatorium adenophorum Sprengel were inhibited when the concentrations of Atremisia carvifiolia and Eulaliopsis binata was 0.005,0.010 and 0.050 g(FW)/ml,and the allelopathic inhibitory effects decreased with the decreasing of concentration.But when the concentration was 0.005 and 0.010 g(FW)/ml,the seedling logth of Eupatorium adenophorum Sprengel were promoted.When the concentration was 0.050,0.010 and 0.005 g(FW)/ml,the synthetical allelopathic effect index(SEI)of Artemisia annual on Eupatorium adenophorum Sprengel were-0.81,-0.25 and-0.22 respectively,and the SEI of Eulaliopsi binata on Eupatorium adenophorum Sprengel were-0.36,-0.20 and-0.15 respectively,all of them showed allelopathic inhibitory effects.[Conclusion] It suggested that the allelopathic inhibitory effects of Artemisia annual and Eulaliopsis binata on Eupatorium adenophorum Sprengel may be an important factor for their companion and living in the invaded communities of Eupatorium adenophorum Sprengel,and it may be also a possible mechanism of controlling the seedling population establishment and invasion of Eupatorium adenophorum Sprengel.
