宜昌市兴山特色烟烟叶产区烤烟品质分析

Analysis of the Xingshan Featured Flue-cured Tobacco Quality and Status in Yichang

[目的]为宜昌市兴山县特色烟烟叶研究与开发提供理论依据。[方法]选取兴山烟区有代表性的烟叶样品,采取常规方法进行评价,并与津巴布韦优质烟叶进行比较。[结果]兴山烤烟不同部位的燃烧性和填充值略优于津巴布韦烟叶,其中,上部叶的填充值明显高于津巴布韦烟叶,兴山烟叶外观质量、烟叶吸味和刺激性间的平衡较好。[结论]兴山特色烟烟叶产区烤烟品质较好,但在个别指标方面还存在少许差距,需采取措施进一步改善。

[Objective]To give a theoretical basis for the research of Xingshan featured Flue-cured tobacco.[Method]Slecting theclassic tobacco samiple in the Xinfshan Tobacco-growing areas,using Routine method to compare with the High-quality tobacco leaf in Zimbabwe.[Result]The flammability and filling value ofthe Xingshan tobacco＇s different site are a few better than the latter＇s.And filling value of the top leaf is much better than the latter＇s,The Xingshan tobacco＇s appearance quality,smoke flavor and the balance of Irritant are better.[Conclusion]The quality of the former＇s is better,however,there is still some gap in individual indicators.Some Measuresis needed to Improve.
