安徽省家禽非常规饲料资源利用潜力分析与饲料生产现状 被引量:3

Utilization Potential Analysis of Unconventional Feed Resources of Poultry and Feed Production Status in Anhui Province

摘要 通过对安徽滁州、蚌埠、合肥及宣城等地食品加工企业与家禽养殖企业的调研,获知一些类如柠檬酸渣、大米浓缩蛋白粉、甜叶甙提取残渣及凹凸棒矿石等一大批非常规饲料资源存量及其利用现状;对安徽主要肉禽企业饲料生产技术工艺水平及原料供给现状、技术需求进行了较为全面的了解。最后提出提高饲用作物种植面积,开展非常规饲料资源营养分析及其生物效价评定等对确保安徽饲料数量安全的迫切性。 Based on investigating some food machining enterprises and poultry feeding enterprises located in Chuzhou,Bengbu,Hefei and Xuancheng of Anhui Province,the reserves and utilization situations of some unconventional feed resources such as citric acid residue,rice protein concentrate,stevioside residue and aftupulgite were known.The feed production technical level,material supply status and technique requirement of main meat poultry enterprises in Anhui Province were investigated.It was urgent for ensuring feed quantity security in Anhui Province to enlarge planting area of feed crops,enhance nutrient analysis of unconventional feed resources and evaluate the bio-value.
