摘要
以湖南省邵阳市为研究对象,采用机会成本法、影子价格法、替代工程法等研究方法,估算了邵阳市的森林水土保持服务功能价值。结果表明:邵阳市森林水土保持服务功能总价值为28.734×108元/a,其中减轻泥沙淤积功能价值为0.56×108元/a,减少土地废弃功能价值为0.034×108元/a,保持土壤肥力功能价值为28.14×108元/a。该研究为邵阳市生态环境保护和管理经营,核算绿色GDP以及森林资源的生态价值量化提供了科学依据。
With Shaoyang City of Hunan Province as the research object,many research methods,such as the opportunity cost method,the shadow price method,the alternative engineering method,were used to estimate the service function value of the forest soil and water conversation in Shaoyang City.The results showed that the total value of the forest soil and water conversation in Shaoyang City was 28.734 × 108 yuan/a.And the value of reducing sedimentation function was 0.56×108 yuan/a,the value of reducing the waste land function was 0.034 × 108 yuan/a,the value of maintaining soil fertility function was 28.14×108 yuan/a.The research aimed to provide scientific basis for accounting green GDP,as well as quantifying the ecological value of forest resources for the protection and management of ecological environment in Shaoyang City.
