摘要
采用自然悬挂法、平板培养基法和籽粒琼脂法,直观分析了皮革材料及其制品对霉菌生长的抑制情况。试验结果表明:3种方法在所获得的试验结果上具有一致性。但平板培养基法与自然环境相似,且操作简单,可以作为皮革材料及其制品抗霉菌效果的定性检测与评价方法。
Three methods, namely the Petri dishes - agar, suspended naturally and seed - agar under given circumstances, are used to observe and evaluate the antifungal efficiency of leather and its products intuitively. The experimental results indicate that the similar conclusion could be obtained from the three different methods. The Petri dishes - agar is easy to operate due to its natu- ral environment imitation and could be used as a qualitative method to measure and evaluate the antifungal efficacy of leather and its products.
