摘要
以邻氯三氟甲苯为主要原料,合成了1.4-二(4-氨基-2-三氟甲基苯氧基)苯(BAFB),并以此二元胺为扩链剂制备了一系列不同氟含量的聚氨酯弹性体(FPUE)。利用红外光谱、热重分析、X射线光电子能谱、表面接触角仪等仪器,对BAFB和FPUE的结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明:所合成的产物与预期设计的相符;BAFB与—NCO基团封端的聚氨酯预聚体进行反应,氟基团被成功地引入到聚氨酯弹性体中去;由于氟元素的引入及其在表面的富集作用,使得FPUE具有良好的疏水性和较低的表面张力,同时FPUE具有良好的耐热性能和力学性能。
The 4 - bis (4 - amino - 2 - trifluoromethyloxyphenyl ) benzene ( BAFB ) was synt - hesized based on 2 - chloro- benzotrifluoride and characterized by FTIR. BAFB was used as chain extender to prepare a series of fluorine containing polyure- thane elastomers (FPUEs) with different fluorine contents. The structure and properties were measured by FFIR, TG, XPS and contact angle measurement. The results show that the structure of BAFB follow our expectation. Fouorine is successfully incorpo- rated into the polyurethane chains whose terminate group is --NCO with BAFB reacting to prepolymers. FPUE shows a good hy- drophobie property and lower surface tension due to the introduction of fluorine and its increase on the air - side of the surface for materials. At the same time these polymers exhibite good thermal stability and mechanical properties.
