内镜新技术在非糜烂性反流病诊断中的应用进展 被引量:2

摘要 非糜烂性反流病(NERD)具有胃食管反流病(GERD)的典型症状(烧心和反流),但普通内镜检查未见食管黏膜破损。NERD是常见的GERD类型。目前内镜诊断反流性食管炎(ERD)常采用洛杉矶分类标准^[1]对食管黏膜破损情况进行分类,具有较高的诊断一致性。
