核苷(酸)类似物耐药与乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原变异 被引量:4

摘要 HBsAg变异是HBV研究的热点之一,但既往研究主要关注HBsAg变异与疫苗乙型肝炎免疫球蛋白(HBIG)逃逸、HBsAg诊断试剂以及隐匿性HBV感染的关系等。实际上,在HBV基因组中,HBsAg的编码序列与反转录酶(Rt)的编码序列完全重叠,因此Rt变异有可能造成HBsAg的相应变异。
