核苷（酸）类似物耐药与乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原变异 被引量：4

摘要 HBsAg变异是HBV研究的热点之一，但既往研究主要关注HBsAg变异与疫苗乙型肝炎免疫球蛋白（HBIG）逃逸、HBsAg诊断试剂以及隐匿性HBV感染的关系等。实际上，在HBV基因组中，HBsAg的编码序列与反转录酶（Rt）的编码序列完全重叠，因此Rt变异有可能造成HBsAg的相应变异。
