摘要
在综述国内学者对亚里士多德法治理论、政体理论以及正义理论等政治思想研究的基础上,梳理了亚里士多德政治思想中城邦治理理论的逻辑顺序,并从公共政策的角度,将城邦的治理活动看作是一个动态的城邦政策运行过程,即包括城邦政策产出、城邦政策执行以及城邦政策评价三个环节。
A review is made on Aristotle＇s political thoughts,including his theory on rule by law,city regime and justice.On such a basis,his logic on city governance is clarified.From a public policy point of view,the activities of city governance are regarded as a dynamic process of policy operation,which includes the making,implementation and evaluation of city-state policies.
