苏中地区黄塍镇新农村法治状况调查与研究

A Study on the New Countryside Legal Construction in Huangcheng Town of Central Jiangsu Province

通过对宝应县黄塍镇新农村法治状况的调查,分析了苏中地区农村的法治现状:农民的法治意识依然淡薄,法制宣传力度不够,农民对法律的信任与农村法治建设的实际情况之间还存在差距。文章提出从完善法律内容、健全法律机制、加大宣传力度、加强法律服务等方面入手,确保新农村法治建设顺利进行。

Through the investigation into the legal construction situation in Huangcheng Town of Baoying County,this paper analyzes the legal construction status of central Jiangsu Province.It is indicated that the popularization of legal education in the countryside is far from enough,and farmers＇ legal consciousness is to be improved.There is still a gap between farmers＇ confidence in the law and the actual countryside legal construction situation.It is proposed in this paper that successful implementation of new countryside legal construction can only be ensured when the legal content and system are perfected,popularization of legal construction is enhanced and the awareness of legal service is strengthened.
