摘要
留守学生是一个特殊的社会群体。由于亲情的缺失,部分留守学生产生了心理障碍。教育留守学生,教师要用真挚的爱心营造和谐的师生关系,扮演好"代理家长"角色,构建学校、家庭、社会三结合的教育网络,充实他们的精神生活,对他们进行心理疏导,让每个留守学生都成为"阳光少年"。
Left-behind Children is a special social group.Due to the lack of affection,some left-behind students had a psychological barrier.To educate the left-behinds students,the teachers should have sincere compassion,create the harmonious teacher-student relationship,fully play the role of surrogate parent,build the educational network combined with school,family and society,enrich their spiritual life and give them psychological guidance,thus making every left-behind student "sunshine boy".
