摘要
目前高校教育管理中"大包大揽,为学生设计管理一切"的"保姆式"服务现象,大大压缩了学生自我发展的空间,严重违背了素质教育的本质要求。其产生的原因涉及社会、家庭、学校以及学生自身等多个方面,因此必须依靠学校、家庭、社会三方面的力量,构建全方位的"立体化"治理模式予以解决,如:加强思政工作;完善教学管理制度;完善评价体系;提高家庭教育水平;营造良好的社会环境等等。
In the higher-education management, "taking on everything, designing all for the students", it is named as the "nanny" service phenomenon that greatly reduces the space of students' self-development and seriously violates the essential requirements of quality education. Due to several reasons that are related to society, families, schools, and students themselves, it relies on their forces to build dimensional management models, such as strengthening the ideological and political work, improving the education management and the evaluation system, raising the level of family education, and creating a good social environment.
