In all the theories of Marxism,the focrs on man＇s issues is one of the themes which run through consistently,while the all-round development of human theory is the embodiment of the theme,Marx＇s theories on human-beings are extensive and profound.This paper tries to expound the basic standpoints of Marxism from three aspects：man＇s methodology principle;the development of human being is a gradual emancipatory historical process;the factors which influence the all-round development of human.
