摘要
地方政府职能转变是地方政府机构改革的关键和核心问题。我国地方政府在职能转变过程中存在着难点,并有针对性的提出了解决之道。
The evolution in the local county governments＇ responsibilities is the key and core of the reform of the local county governments in China.This paper attempts to analyze the challenges confronted with local county governments in evolving responsibilities and proposes a suggestion to reslove.
