从文化意象角度对比赏析《春怨》的六种英译

A Contrastive Appreciation on the Six English Versions of Complaints in Spring from the Perspective of Cultural Images

诗歌中的文化意象既包含了诗人的思想感情又涉及到深层的文化意蕴,所以文化意象翻译的成功与否关系着一首诗的整体翻译效果,然而不同译者所采取的翻译策略也各有不同。本文以《春怨》为例,从文化意象处理的角度对比赏析了六种英译文,并简要分析了不同的策略选择背后的真正原因。

With the poet＇s feelings and cultural implications interwoven in the cultural images of a poem,it makes great difference whether the images are successfully rendered.However,different translators often offer different versions for the original images.This article makes a contrastive appreciation on the six versions of the exampled poem Complaints in spring from the perspective of its cultural image renderings and analyzes the reasons for translators＇ different choices of translation policies.
