在我国研究生教育发展之初是没有地方高校介入的,随着高等教育办学和管理体制改革的深入,加上高等教育大众化的推动,地方高校的研究生教育获得了快速发展。在其发展历程中,各种内外部因素交错影响,使地方高校研究生教育的发展略有起伏。要保证未来地方高校研究生教育的持续发展,必须克服诸如地域、历史、制度等方面的不利因素,通过合理定位,促进有利于地方高校研究生教育发展的制度变迁,在新的制度环境下培养有特色的应用开发型人才。

In the first stage of graduate education in China, no regional universities participated in this program, and due to reform of the education and management system and popularization of higher education, graduate education in regional universities has developed rapidly. In the process of its development, the complex influence of internal and external factors leads graduate education in regional universities to a situation of fluctuation. To ensure the future sustainable development of gradual education in regional universities, it is necessary to overcome some disadvantages, promote its systematic development through the reasonable orientation and in the new environment cultivate the special talents for application.
