摘要
服务地方是高等学校的的职能之一,地方高校应利用所拥有的人才优势、资源优势、科研优势、设备优势,并与地方政府的体育文化建设的政策相契合,解决地方体育文化建设过程中存在的问题,为构建和谐社会而努力。
The service for local places is one of the functions of the colleges and universities,so local colleges and universities should take advantage of the advantages of talents resources,research strengths and equipment and keep up with local government＇s sports policy about cultural construction in order to solve the problems in local sports culture construction,which would build a harmonious society.
