论西南民族地区水电工程建设与移民安置中的文化保护

Cultural Protection in Hydropower Project Construction and Resettlement in Southwest Minorities Area

要破解西南民族地区水利工程建设的环保、社会、舆论和政治压力,就必须在西南民族水利工程建设和移民安置中加强民族文化的保护。与汉族地区以保护文物为主的方式不同,西南民族地区非物质文化和文化空间的任务更为突出。在具体实践,水利建设单位与移民安置部门应该重视西南民族地区民族文化保护的特殊性,积极探索水电工程建设与移民安置中的科学的文化保护方式。

Cultures of minorities should be well protected to solve the problems of environmental protection and relieve the pressures caused by public opinions and some other social and political factors in construction of hydropower projects in southwest area,for the intangible cultures of southwest minorities and the cultural spaces,compared with the cultural relics of the Han nationality,demand more specifically in means and ways.Exactly,the departments in charge of construction and resettlements should be aware of the special features of the minority cultures and attach importance to the study of scientific approaches to protection of the local cultures.
