A Synthetic Assessment of Prosperity Level of Relocated Rural Areas in Three Gorges Reservoir Region

三峡工程农村后靠移民致富水平问题是政府与学术界思考的重要方面,而致富水平如何评价,始终缺乏一个科学的评价体系。构建一个适合于三峡工程农村后靠移民致富水平的综合评价指标体系,应用属性层次模型(AHM)方法,有利于科学、简便地评价三峡工程农村后靠移民致富水平,为各项决策提供参考。

Prosperity in the relocated rural areas in the Three Gorges reservoir region is an important question for administrative and academic studies and assessment of the prosperity levels still demands a scientific system.This article believes that the Attribute Hierarchical Model(AHM)is applicable for establishment of the system of synthetic assessment of prosperity for these areas and it is of much value of reference for the relevant decisions.
