当前我国党内基层民主创新机制探讨

On Mechanism of Inner-party Grassroots Democratic Innovation of CPC

当前,党内民主在理论建构与实践创新等方面取得了一系列重要成就。党内基层民主对于推动整个党内民主建设以及我国政治文明建设具有重要意义,在创新路径与动力机制等方面尚需进一步探索。本文通过对近年来我国各地党内基层民主建设实践的梳理与估价,对党内基层民主建设创新与发展的目标、原则、重点、路径和动力机制等进行了探讨。

Inner-party grassroots democracy as the new form of the democratic construction as well as one of the important achievements in theoretical exploration of and practice of innovation on inner-party democracy of the CPC,plays a very significant role in the construction of the party's democracy and political civilization of the nation.However,the approaches to innovation and mechanism of motive forces demand still more exploration.This article,on the basis of analyses and assessment of construction of inner-party grassroots democracy as well as the practice of certain localities,probes into its aims,principles,focus,ways and mechanism of motive forces of construction of inner-party grassroots democracy of the CPC.
