This article discusses the following five aspects of Zhou Dun-yi＇s ＂Wuji but Taiji＂,the ontological thought,to explore its value.First of all,through investigating the thought origin of ＂Wuji ＂,＂Taiji＂ and descendant＇s debate about ＂Wuji but Taiji ＂,and then proposed by author to ＂ Wuji but Taiji ＂ understanding of intension,think that ＂Wuji but Taiji ＂ means ＂Wuji is Taiji ＂,but not ＂Wuji grow Taiji electrodelessly ＂.it discusses ＂Wuji but Taiji ＂ again,the ontological value of that realm of that sage man and ＂Wuji but Taiji ＂ complete unity of the realm.Finally,it discusses its created a ＂Unity of Nature and Man＂ historical contributions to ontology reasoning road and modern values.
