庆阳老区精神与全面落实科学发展观

将庆阳老区精神与科学发展观相提并论也许会被人视为牵强附会。但从其各自内涵及其社会功效等方面看,笔者认为二者存在着相辅相成的关系;把庆阳老区精神的内涵与科学发展观相融合也许会被人视为突生奇想、忽发异论,但从其精神内涵向科学发展的转化看,笔者认为二者的融合不仅顺理成章,而且对庆阳老区改变经济社会欠发达的状况不失为一条重要的路径选择。

To mention the spirit of Qingyang revolutionary base area and the scientific concept of development in the same breath might be considered comparable to manage.However,the author believe that they are mutually reinforcing relationship from their meaning and social efficiency etc.To fuse the spiritual content of Qingyang revolutionary base area and the scientific concept of development might be considered as whim.However,from the conversion of its spiritual content to the scientific development view,the author believe that their integration is not only natural,but also an important path for Qingyang revolutionary base area to alter the underdeveloped economic situation.
