Study on the Relationship between Social Support and the Quality of College Students’ Lives

探讨和研究社会支持状况与大学生生存质量之间的关系,为大学生生命教育和心理健康教育提供参考依据.使用社会支持评定量表和生存质量测定简表对384名大学生进行调查,结果发现社会支持各维度与生存质量各维度均呈正相关;并且高社会支持组大学生生存质量得分明显高于低社会支持组;客观支持能正向预测心理和环境维度,主观支持能正向预测生理、心理、社会和环境4个维度,支持利用度能正向预测生理和社会关系维度.社会支持是大学生生存质量的重要评估指标.

Through discussing and investigating the relationship between the status of social support and the quality of college students’ lives,this paper intends to provide a reference for life education and mental health education of college students.A survey is made among 384 college students with the methods of the social support appraisal scale and the quality of life mapping scale.The results show that each dimension of social support and each dimension of quality of life are positive in correlation,and high social support group of college students score significantly higher than the quality of life of low social support group.Moreover,objective support can forecast forward the dimensions of psychology and environment,and subjective support can predict forward the four dimensions of physiology,psychology,society and environment.The degree of support and use can predict forward the dimensions of physiology and social relationship,so it is proved that social support is an important assessment index for the quality of college students’ lives.
