摘要
采用核心自我评价、工作满意度、工作倦怠问卷为研究工具,对1 010名企业员工进行问卷调查,探讨核心自我评价与工作满意度、工作倦怠的关系.结果表明:核心自我评价与员工工作满意度存在显著正相关,与工作倦怠存在显著负相关,且能够有效预测员工的工作满意度和工作倦怠.
Taking questionnaires of core self-evaluation,degree of job satisfaction and job burnout among 1010 employees from eighteen companies,this paper discusses the relationship between core self-evaluation and work attitude(job satisfaction and job burnout)in China.The results show that core self-evaluation is significantly positively-correlated with job satisfaction but negatively-correlated with job burnout;meanwhile,core self-evaluation could effectively predict the job satisfaction and job burnout of employees.
