State Law and Folk Law:Two Elements of Chinese Rule of Law Order

中国法治建设虽然已经取得了巨大的成就,但政府推进型法治道路在实践中仍然存在诸多不足,势必影响法治建设的进程。法治秩序是多元的,在依赖国家及国家法的同时,应充分重视社会及民间规则对于法治秩序建构的积极作用。

Massive success has been achieved in Chinese rule of law order;nevertheless,deficiency still exists in the practice of government advancing type of law mode,which will definitely slow down the process of rule of law.As rule of law order is pluralistic,the society and folk law should be attached due importance to in the rule of law order construction while the state and state law are considered backbone of the construction.
