Queen Gao is neither an evil deputy nor the cause of ruin,however,she is an active creator during the beginning of West Han.She had a great effect on politics,economy,laws,thoughts and culture at the beginning of West Han.She established a powerful material foundation for a newly built government and offered a peaceful environment.She also laid a foundation for ＂Emperor Wen And Jing’s Governing＂.These historical contributions settled her position as a first great woman politician in Chinese history.
