肺通颗粒对AECOPD患者血栓前状态的影响

Effects of Feitong grains on the prethrombtic state in patients with AECOPD

目的探讨"肺通"颗粒对COPD患者血栓前状态相关指标的影响。方法采用流式细胞仪、酶联免疫吸附双抗体夹心法(ELISA)、全自动血凝分析仪等检测COPD患者"肺通"颗粒治疗前后及对照组血小板表面P-选择素(P-selectin,CD62P)、血浆组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(t-PA)、抑制剂(PAI-1)和凝血四项变化。结果 COPD患者治疗组P-选择素的表达、血浆PAI-1、FIB三项指标均较对照组降低(P<0.05);而t-PA水平较对照组增高(P<0.05);COPD患者治疗组APTT和PT时间明显延长(P<0.05);对照组与COPD治疗组TT时间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 "肺通"颗粒对COPD患者血小板活化、凝血功能增强、纤溶功能减退等血栓前状态有明显的改善作用。

Objective To investigate the effects of Feitong granules on the prethrombotic state in patients with acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （AECOPD）.Methods The expression of CD62P on platelets,the level of plasma tissue plasminogen activator （t-PA） and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 （PAI-1）,activared partial thromboplastin time （APTT）,fibrinogen （FIB）,prothrombin time （PT） and thrombin time（TT） were examined by using the flow cytometer,ELISA and auto coagulometer.Results CD62P,FIB and PAI-1 in the COPD treating group were decreased compared with that in the control group （P〈0.05）.The level of t-PA in the COPD treating group was increased compared with that in the control group （P〈0.05）.APTT,PT were significantly longer in the COPD treating group （P〈0.05）.There was no significant change of TT in the both groups.Conclusion Feitong granules has a obvious effect on COPD patients in improving their prethrombotic states such as the activation of platelets,the enhancing of clotting function,the decreasing of fibrinolysis function and so on.
