摘要 目的探讨矽肺患者血清TGF-β1和PDGF蛋白水平的变化及意义。方法应用ELISA方法测定了19例Ⅰ期、15例Ⅱ期、8例Ⅲ期矽肺患者和32例健康人血清中TGF-β1和PDGF蛋白水平的变化。结果与对照组相比,矽肺组血清中TGF-β1和PDGF水平均明显升高(P<0.01);矽肺患者血清TGF-β1水平随着矽肺分期的增加而明显增加(P<0.05,P<0.01),两变量相关分析显示TGF-β1和PDGF呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论检测矽肺患者血清TGF-β1和PDGF水平对了解患者病情的发生和发展、临床诊断和预后判断具有重要的临床意义。 Objective To study the clinical significance of serum TGF-β1 and PDGF levels in patients with silicosis.Methods The contents of serum TGF-β1 and PDGF in 19 patients with silicosis in the first stage,15 patients with silicosis in the second stage,8 patients with silicosis in the third stage as well as 32 controls were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results Serum levels of TGF-β1 and PDGF in patients with silicosis were significantly higher than those in the controls(P〈0.01).The serum levels of TGF-β1 in the patients with silicosis increased with the silicosis stage going up(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).There was the bivariate correlation between the serum levels of TGF-β1 and PDGF (P〈0.05).Conclusion The dectection of serum levels of TGF-β1 and PDGF in silicosis patients has an important clinical significance in the study of the occurrence and progress,clinical diagnose and prognosis prediction of silicosis.
