阐述了中小学教师素质的重要性,认为其应具备的基本素质是较高的职业道德修养、丰富的知识储备、先进的教育理念、较强的管理协调能力、良好的心理素质,并提出了提高中小学教师素质的途径是参加培训向专家学习、树立榜样向同行学习、充实自己向书本学习。

The importance of elementary and secondary school teachers’ quality is clarified and the basic qualities that they should have got are analyzed： high professional ethnics,rich storage of knowledge,advanced education concept,strong management and coordination ability and good psychological quality.The approaches to improve the quality of elementary and secondary school teachers are put forward： participating in training to learn from experts,setting up the example to learn from colleagues and enriching ourselves to learn from the books.
