摘要
广西隆安壮族悠久的稻作生产历史和以稻米为主食的食品结构,决定了他们的饮食习惯与稻作生产有着千丝万缕的联系,贯穿于日常生产生活、婚丧嫁娶及节日之中,还产生了多姿多彩的酒文化。
The long history of rice production of the Zhuang ethnic group in Long’an county and their food structure with rice as the mainstream determines that their catering habit impenetrate in people’s day-to-day production activities and life,weddings,funerals and festivals,and generate colorful wine culture.
