In the connotative development of demonstration vocational colleges,executive ability of the second-level schools directly influences the competitiveness of the college at large.The article argues that the develop-ment of executive ability of the second-level schools calls for perfecting organization system,which is basic work,upgrading the leadership,which is core work,improving the management level,which is the key,and bringing specialized teachers into full play,which is the focus.
