三维彩超诊断宫腔内异常回声与病理的对照分析

目的用三维彩超(3D)观察子宫腔内的图像特征,提高对子宫疾病的鉴别诊断水平。方法选择笔者所在医院2008年5月～2009年8月妇产科收治的90例患者,经阴道超声发现宫腔异常回声,通过临床手术取病理,进行诊断与超声结果进行比较,计算诊断符合率。结果 90例患者宫腔异常回声中,经手术证实子宫内膜癌15例、黏膜下肌瘤28例、子宫内膜息肉40例、宫内膜囊腺样增生7例。超声诊断准确共82例,准确率91.11%;共误漏诊8例,误漏诊率8.89%。结论三维彩超为妇科的临床超声诊断提供了丰富的影像信息,使得图像更直观,极大地提高了诊疗质量,减轻了患者的痛苦。

Objective To investigate ultrasonography features of abnormal echo of uterus. Methods Three dimensional ultrasonography was performed on 90 patients with abnormal echo of uterus. Uhrasonography results were compared with pathological examination results. Results The corrective diagnosis rate of ultrasonography was 91.11%. Conclusion According to ultrasonography results, the diagnosis rate of correct were obviously improved.
