我国图书馆立法现状、问题与前景

The Current Situation,Problems & Prospects of Legislation of Library in Our Country

在对我国图书馆立法的现状和问题进行分析的基础上,认为只要加强图书馆立法理论的研究,明确和澄清在图书馆立法内容和目的上的观念误区,充分研究数字化、网络化环境下图书馆立法面临的新问题,并以立法为契机,加强图书馆法制环境建设,做好立法组织和宣传工作,建立图书馆法制环境中反馈渠道和反馈机制,唤起社会各界对图书馆立法的重视,我国图书馆的国家立法有望在不远的将来问世。

On the basis of analyzing the current situations and issues of legislation of libraries,the author thinks if we enhance the study of thoeries of legislation of libraries,clarify the content and goal of legislation of libraries,study the new problems in digitization and network,enhance the legislative environments construction of libraries,implement the legislative organzing and advocacy,set up the feedback channels and mechanisms in legal environment of libraries so as to to draw attention of all sectors of society to the legislation of libraries,the national legislation of our library is expected to come out in the near future.
