个人敏感信息是被认为具有特殊风险,从而通常受到特殊保护的个人信息。数据采集主体对个人敏感信息的征集与处理要遵守一些特殊的原则与条件,如本人同意原则、利益衡平原则、个人参与原则、责任原则等,我国应借鉴各国立法的共同做法,在《个人信息保护法》中对"个人敏感信息"作出法律规制。

Personal sensitive information is thought as such information which is endowed with special risks and need to be especially protected.The body to collect and deal with the personal sensitive information need to comply with some special principles and conditions such as the principle of agree by oneself,the principle of equalizing the interests,the principle of personal involvement,the principle of responsibility.China should stipulate the＂personal sensitive information＂in the law of protecting personal information.
