摘要
首次采用硫酸高铈与阳离子交换树脂反应制备的改性离子交换树脂为催化剂合成了丙酸异戊酯,考察了催化剂用量、醇酸物质的量比、反应时间及催化剂重复使用次数等因素对收率的影响。结果表明,该催化剂具有催化活性高,易分离回收并有一定的重复使用性等优势。最佳反应条件为:丙酸0.15mol,醇酸物质的量比1.5,催化剂用量0.5g,反应时间50min,收率95.4%。
A new catalyst named modified strong acid cation ion exchang resin by cerium sulfate was prepared.Propionic acid and isoamyl alcohol reacted to form isoamyl propionate with it.Factors influencing the yield were discussed and the best conditions were found.Experimental results showed that in conditions of propionic acid 0.15mol,molar ratio of alcohol to acid 1.5,the catalyst 0.5g and reaction time 50min,the yield can reach 95.4%.It was the efficient,economic and environmental friendly catalyst.
