采用原地浸矿工艺的风化壳淋积型稀土矿山“三率”问题的探讨

Discussion on Extraction Rate,Ore-dilution Rate and Ore-dressing Recovery in Weathered Crust-leaching Rare Earth Mines with In-situ Leaching Mining Technology

回采率、贫化率和选矿回收率,是衡量矿山企业管理水平高低的重要指标。在一般金属矿山的开采中,采选各工序之间泾渭分明,对于"三率"指标比较易于核算。原地浸矿工艺属于溶浸采矿,采选各工序之间没有明显的分界,对这种工艺的"三率"的核算没有更多的研究。通过对采用原地浸矿工艺开采的风化壳淋积型稀土矿的分析,认为在制定该类型的矿山"三率"时,应结合采矿工艺特点来考虑矿山的考核指标。

Extraction rate,ore-dilution rate and ore-dressing recovery are important indexes to judge management of mine production.In ordinary metal mines,it is easy to account the indexes because of the clear bound between mining and ore-dressing.There is no bound between all processes of in-situ leaching mining.Moreover,few researches on these indexes can be found.This paper analyzes the mining conditions of weathered crust-leaching rare earth mines with in-situ leaching technology.It is indicated that the formulation of the indexes for judjing weathered crust-leaching rare earth mines should be based on the characteristics of mining.
