图像法分析废纸浆中胶黏物和尘埃的研究 被引量:4

摘要 介绍了图像法应用于废纸浆中胶黏物和尘埃检测分析的基本理论,以及图像分析软件Spec&Scan在废纸浆检测应用中的特点,并以某造纸厂废纸浆为原料,对浆中的胶黏物和尘埃进行了检测分析。检测结果主要以灰度值来表征,通过统计的方法得到杂质颗粒面积、个数及颗粒平均尺寸大小等数据,由此对废纸浆质量及特点进行量化评价。 This paper introduced the theory of image analysis of stickies and dirt in recycled pulp,the characteristic of the software for image analysis was presented. The statistic results of the particles were indicated by grayscale value and the content of stickies and dirt count were quantified based on the particle's size and area which can be used to evaluate the quality of the pulp from waste paper.
