摘要
研究了研磨碳酸钙(GCC)、沉淀碳酸钙(PCC)、瓷土和滑石粉加填对含高得率浆超级压光纸(SC纸)抄造的湿部性能和纸张性能的影响。结果表明,PCC加填时浆料动态留着率和滤水性能要优于另外几种填料;相对于其他几种填料,PCC加填更有利于提高SC纸的不透明度、亮度和光泽度;PCC加填SC纸具有较高的油墨吸收性,但纸张的透印密度低。
Effects of ground calcium carbonate （GCC）,precipitated calcium carbonate （PCC）,clay and talc on the wet end retention and properties of supercalendered paper containing high yield pulp were studied. The results showed that the dynamic retention and drainage of PCC were better than other fillers. PCC was found to provide better opacity,brightness and gloss compared with other fillers. Although the ink absorption of PCC loading was the highest,but the print through was the lowest.
