摘要
通过与粉状氧化锌微粒(ZnO)进行对比研究,探讨了四脚状氧化锌晶须(T-ZnOw)在抑菌纸制备中应用的可能性。结果表明,湿部添加T-ZnOw制备抑菌纸在技术上是可行的,且T-ZnOw的添加对纸张强度影响不大。T-ZnOw无需使用助留剂即可获得较高的留着率。T-ZnOw的添加有助于纸张白度和不透明度的改善。添加T-ZnOw的抑菌纸具有广谱抑菌性,其抑菌效率高于添加ZnO的抑菌纸。纸张中的T-ZnOw呈四脚状,晶须全部或部分脚嵌入纤维壁中;而纸张中的ZnO近乎球形,分布在纤维的表面或进入细胞腔内。
The application possibility of tetrapod-like zinc oxide whiskers (T-ZnOw) in the preparation of antibacterial paper was studied through comparing with the application of powder-like zinc oxide particles (ZnO). The results showed that the preparation of antibacterial paper by wet-end filling T-ZnOw is technically feasible. Filling a certain amount of T-ZnOw has little effect on the strength properties of the paper. A higher retention of T-ZnOw can be obtained even without using any retention aid. T-ZnOw filling is beneficial to the improvement of the brightness and opacity of the paper. The antibacterial paper filled with T-ZnOw shows broad-spectrum antibacterial properties,and its inhibitory efficiency is higher than that of the antibacterial paper filled with ZnO. The T-ZnO whiskers in paper samples are in tetrapod shape,and all or part of the pods of T-ZnOw are embedded in the fibers. While the ZnO particles in the paper samples are in near spherical shape,and distributed on the fiber surface or in the cell lumen.
