大鼠小肠缺血再灌注后肾脏损伤

摘要 通过对20只大鼠小肠缺血再灌注模型血和肾组织中脂质过氧化物的测定,并结合病理改变,以探讨小肠缺血再灌注后肾损伤的病理机理。结果表明:大鼠小肠缺血再灌注后,血脂质过氧化物明显升高(P<0.01),同时肾组织匀浆内脂质过氧物明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。提示小肠缺血再灌注后肾组织细胞确有明显损伤。 To elucidate the mechanism of renal injury following intestinal ischemia/reperfusion, reactive oxygen metabolites in kidney and plasma were examined in 20 rats following intestinal ischemia/reperfusion by measurement of lipid proxidation (LP).The plasma lipid peroxide concentration after reperfusion was higher than that of the contol group ( P <0.01),the LP in kidney homogenate was also significantly higher ( P <0.01) following intestinal ischemia/reperfusion.Our study suggests that reactive oxygen metabolites after intestinal ischemia/reperfusion plays an important role in kidney injury.
