摘要
针对某国产160马力平地机上的GE60ES向心关节轴承使用中经常出现外圈碎裂的现象,对该轴承的工作特点及承载特性进行了分析;利用软件,建立关节轴承有限元计算模型,计算出了径向载荷和轴向载荷下轴承的应力分布云图。可知外圈油槽处有明显的应力集中,通过取消外圈上的油槽使轴承外圈应力分布均匀,解决了轴承外圈碎裂问题。
Aimed at the breaking of outer ring frequently occurred in the application of radial spherical plain bearing GE60ES used in grader hinge joint,the load conditions are sum up by the analysis of structural and loading characteristic of the bearing.Finite element calculation model of the bearing is founded and its stress distributing graph is calculated by ANSYS.The results show that obvious stress concentration is located at the lubricating groove of outer ring.Abolishing the groove make the stress distribution in the outer ring smooth,eliminating breaking of the outer ring.
