摘要
针对铜合金轴承实体保持架等温挤压成形中易出现裂纹的问题,通过UG建立成形模具数字模型,根据Freudenthal损伤准则,利用DEFORM-3D软件对铅黄铜轴承保持架在不同挤压温度、成形时间条件下的损伤分布和损伤源位置进行了模拟与分析,并对模具结构进行了优化,降低了保持架梁根部、棱边处的损伤程度,为保持架挤压成形工艺及模具设计提供了依据。
Aimed at that cracks would appear easily in isothermal extrusion of solid cage,the extrusion model is achieved by UG software and Freudenthal formula is used as damage criterion.The distribution and source of the damage in deformation is explored by DEFORM-3D at different forming temperature and time.The mould structure is optimized based on simulation results.The damage in the bottom and the end land of the cage bars is decreased.This gave scientific grounds to forming process and mould design for the cage.
