摘要
针对价值链概念做了分析,从传统价值链构成入手,分析了企业在价值链中的各个环节及关键环节的转移,传统价值链理论在现有环境中的滞后和不足,从而提出了从新的视角看待企业创造价值的过程,实现差异化竞争。
The article analyzes the Concept of Value chain,from the traditional concept of value chain,made the analysis about each factor and key links in the value chain of enterprises.There are some shortages about the tradition value chain theory when it is applied in the competitive environment.So the new thoughts about value chain was put forward,it can make some difference s in the competition.
