Public Policy Design based on Industrial Cluster Life Cycle——Taking Industrial Cluster Policy of Jiangmen City as the Example

以产业集群发展生命周期理论,结合江门市产业集群的发展及产业集群政策环境,提出了产业集群形成与发展过程政府"如何为"政策,并设计出政府相应的公共政策方案。

Based on the life cycle theory of industrial cluster development,combined with the development of industrial clusters in Jiangmen City,and the policy environment,put forward the ＂how to＂ policy during the formation and development of industrial cluster,and design appropriate public policies for the government program.
