世界制造强国的高技术优势与国际产业转移、国际贸易新动向给我国的制造业发展带来巨大压力。我国制造业升级,就是要优化制造行业结构,提高制造业生产效率和技术水平,提高制造产品的附加值,增强制造产品在国际竞争中的地位,构筑起现代制造业体系。其路径是:瞄准世界制造技术的先进水平,通过关键领域的创新和重点工程建设,稳定优势行业,强力发展战略性行业,重点突破,循序渐近。
The high-tech superiority of the powerful manufacturing nations, the international industrial shift and the new trend of international trade have brought huge pressure to Chinese manufacturing industry development. The upgrading of Chinese manufacturing industry means optimizing the industrial structure, raising the production efficiency and the technical level, increasing the added value of manufacturing products, enhancing the status of manufacturing products in international competition and constructing modem manufacturing industry system. The route is aiming at the advanced level of manufacturing industry in the world, stabilizing advantageous industry through innovation in the key domain and priority project construction, developing the strategic industry, making important breakthroughs and progressing gradually in proper sequence.
