摘要
区域物流网络保障了区域物流节点之间商品的流通,促进了区域产业集群的发展。合理规划区域物流网络节点的层次、功能和发展战略,具有重要的现实意义。笔者以河南省为研究样本,建立物流网络节点规划指标体系,采用主成分分析法,将河南省18个地市规划为4级网络节点层次,然后根据不同层次物流网络节点的功能定位,结合地理位置、交通条件和产业特点,规划了网络节点的物流发展战略。通过河南省物流网络层次的规划和功能的定位,为政府决策提供科学依据。
Regional logistics network can ensure the commodity flow between the regional logistics nodes and promote the development of regional industrial clusters. Planning reasonably the level, function and development strategies of regional logistics network nodes is of great practical significance. The author uses Henan Province as a sample and establishes the planning index system of logistics network nodes. Using principal component analysis method, the author divides the eighteen cities of Henan Province into the four levels of network nodes. Then according to the functional positioning at different logistics network nodes, in combination with their geographic location, traffic conditions and industry characteristics, the author plans the logistics development strategy of different network nodes. The planning and functional positioning of Henan logistics network levels provide scientific basis for government decision - making.
